aKa stats reset and server changes

Reset Stats

Stats will be reset today and is scheduled to be reset every month.

Changes to 24/7 Arena Mode Pedestal Server

Our 24/7 pedestal server is changed to small maps only server. Our map cycle will be pedestal, pedestal2, floodzone, canyon, canyon2, and atomicgarden. Arena mode will also be turned off.

Change to Proving Grounds server

Our Proving Grounds server will be changed to Pure CTF. Which means removing turrets, and powerups but will still run in promode. Trying this out. Let us know how you like it.
